IN THE BEGINNING WAS THE WORD

St. John 1:1

"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God."

Our words are more powerful than we think. God said; "Let there be Light" . . . . and there was light. Just By His Word, all things were created.

If you say, "That dress is very pretty on you," to your daughter, will she believe your words?
Of course she will, and think how you made her feel that day.
What words would you say to your son, who has lost his soccer game?
What gentle words would you say to your wife who's exhausted caring for the children?
What encouraging words would you say to your husband who struggles to make ends meet?
